--Geodes: these are softer stones and should be stored in a cloth bag; protect the crystal centers
--Pearls: avoid allowing perfumes, alcohols to remain on pearls for extended periods
--Opals: box or cloth bag storage, do not allow to sit in sun.
--Obsidian or thin sliced stones: avoid dropping
--Dangle earrings - use plastic stoppers provided, for extra security
--Pearls, gemstones: mild soap/water
--Solid Gold, Gold-filled, gemstones, pearls: mild soap + water +soft cloth; NO cleaner machines/liquid chemicals
--Bright sterling: silver polishing cloth/silver brite liquid
--Brushed sterling: silver brite liquid
--Oxidized sterling: mild soap+water+soft cloth. These items have been sealed, so other methods will damage the look.

Be sure it arrives! My boxes don’t fit all mailboxes. If there is a chance packages will be left out in the open, indicate “signature required” in the comments box at checkout or leave instructions at USPS.com for delivery of your packages this holiday season. It’s free at check out, or at USPS.com. Once USPS has marked a package as “delivered” insurance does not apply and buyer is responsible for finding the package. Sorry, I cannot provide refunds for lost items marked as “delivered” by USPS. Thank you for understanding.
I typically ship items within 2 days after payment is received. USPS tracking numbers are provided for every piece shipped. Please monitor that tracking number at USPS.com for the progress. Occasionally packages are delayed or go missing in transit, at which time updates are available at USPS.com. Once USPS has marked a package “delivered” insurance does not apply and buyer is responsible for locating the package. Sorry, I cannot offer refunds for lost items USPS has marked as “delivered”. If there is any concern about missing delivery of the package, please indicate that “signature is required for delivery” in the notes at check out. If you are not home, this allows the package to be held securely at the local post office until pick-up.
